Situated in a historical context, in an old Jewish quarter of Iași, the proposed clinic is laid out on the ground floor of a small house, approximately 100 years old.

Provocările principale ale proiectului au constat în felul în care spațiul interior va dialoga cu caracterul istoric al clădirii şi al contextului său, dar și felul în care necesitățile spațiale ale unei funcțiuni contemporane – o clinică de stomatologie, chirurgie și estetică maxilofacială – negociază spațiul limitat disponibil, respectând în același timp fluxurile și normativele în vigoare.

Apartament TEP

The TEP apartment space was born from the owners' desire to build an enclave within their own city so that they could feel like they were on vacation once they stepped into the intimate space of their own home.

They invited us to design their home concurrently with the completion of the concrete structure of the residential block it is part of. This gave us the opportunity to generate our own planimetric proposal within the structural framework of the columns, provided that the window openings, vertical utility shafts, and access to the stairwell were respected.
